The Complete Crohnie Handbook: A Comprehensive Guide for the Crohn’s Disease Patient

The Complete Crohnie Handbook: A Comprehensive Guide for the Crohn's Disease Patient

This Crohnie Handbook came into being at the request of several of my friends and family members as I have done a tremendous amount of research on Crohn's disease and they all felt that I had acquired some valuable information about the disease and how to deal with it. Through trial and error, I have learned many different ways to keep my Crohn's under control and because I understand that there is no one exact standard about Crohn's disease treatment, the main purpose of this Handbook is to share a multitude of information with you and provide you with a reference tool that you can use to help you further understand your Crohn's. I also hope to provide some thoughts on how to keep your Crohn's under control with the realization that some suggestions may work and some may not. Your success is going to depend on your individual case, symptoms, environment and condition.

I will use laymen's terms and easy to understand English but I will have to use some technical and medical terms to tie it all together. Any technical or medical term that needs clarification will be defined. Also included are some reference information, medication information, medication side effects, vitamins and supplements, nutritional information, some support organizations and some helpful websites.
